Due to the abundance of wildlife in the region, we do not permit pets to be
brought to the property.
Smoking outside only please.
To secure a booking 50% deposit of total booking is required.
Balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made by Credit card, cheque or direct deposit.
During peak periods to secure a booking 50% deposit of total booking is
required.
Balance of payment 21 DAYS prior to arrival.
Cancellations: 14 days notice is required for a refund. An accounting cost
of $30 is charged for ALL cancellations.
During peak periods i.e.: Christmas/Easter and School Holidays, full payment
will be charged for a cancellation if the property cannot be relet. |
