| Lakes Entrance, part of the
Lakes and Wilderness Region, is situated where the 90 mile beach commences on the East
Gippsland Lakes. The Lakes are Australia's largest navigable inland waterway; a
massive 400 square kilometres of protected lakes, rivers, creek and backwaters.
Lakes Entrance is virtually surrounded by two lake systems, the Cunninghame Arm and the
North Arm, which meet at the Entrance and run out into Bass Strait.
The

Myer Street main shopping area.

| The three apartments comprise of
2 & 3 bedrooms. The 2
bedrooms, one bathroom apartment is approximately 12 squares in size with a very large
entertainment area and balcony overlooking the town, it can accommodate up to 5 people
comfortably with all modern conveniences.
The 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartments are approximately 15 squares in size with two very
large entertainment areas plus balcony. The views from each unit vary from overlooking the
town, shops, footbridge and lake. The units can accommodate up to 6 people, with all
modern convenience.
There is a shared court yard that services
all three apartments. The court yard is a private area for some quiet entertainment and
barbeque. |

| Lakes Entrance is home to one of
the largest fishing fleets in Australia. Fresh fish is available virtually year round.
You can also hire boats, charter boats, or book guided
cruises and see how vast the Lake system is.
The sheltered waterway is a haven for water
sports enthusiasts, with Parasailing, paddleboats and catamarans available.
As you drive down the Esplanade you will
notice the fantastic avenue of sculptures of our early pioneers carved into the remains of
the Avenue of Honour, by John Brady and his chainsaw.
Wander along the Esplanade and enjoy the coffee shops, gift shops and antique shops, and
don't forget to try some of our locally produced ice-cream. |
