| We provide a shared courtyard
for your relaxation. Out of consideration for yourselves and other guests, we do not
permit ballgames, skateboards or bicycle riding in this area. We also enforce a noise
policy, where we require limited noise between 10pm and 10am. to ensure a relaxing
peaceful holiday for all.
There
is sufficient room to park one car per unit. Guests or second vehicles are required to
park on the street.

The cost per stay depends on
how many people are staying in the apartment.
Prices start from $80 off peak
to $150 per night for two people. Extra people from $20.00 to $50.00 per
person per night. Minimum stay, 2 nights off peak, and 3-7 nights during
peak times. Weekly discount prices available off season.
We ask that you leave by 10 am
on day of departure to allow time for the unit to be cleaned for the next
people booking in. Check in time 2 pm
