Pomora House forms part of
the history of Lakes Entrance and is one of the few original homes left, as
time and progress have seen many houses demolished and rebuilt. It has a
very interesting history.
In the 1930's, Pomora House
was the local maternity hospital, and there are still a number of locals who
can boast that either they were born in Pomora House, or someone in their
family was.
