BOOKING POLICY:
A 50% deposit of total accommodation costs is required to secure booking.
This can be done via credit card (over the phone), cheque or direct cash
deposit. Balance is due 7 days prior to your stay
For Christmas, School
Holidays and Easter a deposit of 50% is payable on reserving your booking
with the full balance due ONE MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR STAY.
CANCELLATIONS:
We know life can often bring unexpected circumstances, if cancellation is
needed, 14 days written notice is required for a refund. An administration
fee of $50 will be charged to all cancellations.
If less than 14 days notice is given, your options are:
" deposit of 50% will be retained and you may re- book for the equivalent
period of time within 12 months of the original reservation.
" If unable to re-book within 12 months of original reservation, your
deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
During peak periods such as Christmas/Easter and school holidays the full
payment will be retained as a booking fee if the property cannot be relet
for that same period of time. |
