The cliff top Yoga
Studio is in an exotic garden setting with the soothing sounds of the sea
and our abundant bird life to accompany your relaxation. Polished Australian
hardwood flooring and glimpses of the garden and sea enhance the interior.
The Studio is fully equipped with mats,
sheepskins, blankets, blocks, bolsters, belts, eyepads and wall ropes.
Private access to the studio can be arranged for guests staying in the Lake Tyers Beach
House. Retreats or attendance at local classes can
be booked with Bob, maximum class size is 15.
Bob Thorneycroft is a highly experienced
instructor who was fortunate to find yoga 20 years ago in his twilight years
as a dancer and acrobat. He is currently a full time
instructor with 100 students
in the Bairnsdale - Lakes Entrance area.
