Season - $200/day for the first couple $40/day for each extra person

$150/day for the first couple $30/day for each extra person
Weekly rental special - 7th
day free in shoulder season.

Arrival time - 4pm Vacate time - 12pm
Payment:- Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit.
We welcome cash but accept cheques.
Children:- We welcome children over 12 and expect them to behave
responsibly. With appropriate supervision we sometimes accommodate younger
children.
Pets:- By negotiation, please ring us.
Smoking:- The house is smoke free however there are three up stairs
balconies where smokers can relax. |
- The Lake Tyers
Beach Road turns off the Princes Hwy 5 minutes drive past Lakes Entrance
(Sydney side).
- Follow this
road for 3 kms until you reach the 60 km speed limit sign.
- Drive past the
Caravan Park on your right and look for Barracouta Rd and a blue sign for
the "Lake Tyers Beach House and Yoga Studio".
- Barracouta Rd
is opposite the Lake Tyers Beach Garage.
Turn right and follow the road
for 30 mtrs until it turns right into Larkins Place
- Look for the
Lake Tyers Beach House sign which is at the second driveway on
your left.
